The microaggressions that our colleagues and students of color experience on a day to day basis has reached a new disturbing level as a result of the current national conversations, which they just can’t seem to escape. As much as some of our fellow Patriots would like to believe that we exist in a society that has transcended race and ethnicity, we in fact, do not. It feels as though the national climate has finally come to a boiling point that is definitely present on our campus. We believe it is a campus wide responsibility to be active members in the community to confront these issues and injustices.  We ask that you join us as a community to put an END to INJUSTICE, and at Mason.  We come to together as Mason Patriots to #endinjusticenow.
